The National Softball Association's Director’s Cup Series is designed to promote the teams in classes “Platinum”, “Elite”, and “Gold” by providing an opportunity for these teams to play NSA tournaments throughout the North Zone. It also will provide an opportunity for teams to win travel money, berths to NSA Super World Series, and NSA World Series. The program is being played in place of the previous NSA B/C Super NITs, with a few additions and modifications.
There will be a total of eight (8) locations used for the Director’s Cup, with seven (7) sites being NITs and the last site being the location of the Director’s Cup Championship Tournament. The Director’s Cup Championship will rotate among the sites.
